Almost certainly. Electrolysis is effective for all hair and skin types/tones. However, it is always advisable to consult with your electrologist and/or physician for specific medical conditions or concerns.

A sterile, single-use probe is inserted directly into the opening of the hair follicle where a small electrical current is transmitted, destroying the cells responsible for hair growth and regeneration. When electrolysis is done correctly, the hair should slide out easily. You should NEVER feel the hairs being tweezed.
